VIP has the ability to run claims and accept payments directly in our office from Trupanion Pet insurance. Clients will be responsible for the amount not covered by their policy.
For all other insurance company policies, you will pay us directly at the time of service and submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We do not offer payment plans. Payment is due in full at time of service.
Any client with open balances will not be allowed to refill prescriptions, make appointments, or receive copies of their pet's medical file until payment has been made in full.

Appointments are required for all services.
Appointments are necessary if you wish to speak with a veterinarian. If you are simply picking up a medication refill or purchasing flea/tick prevention or heartworm pills, you do not need an appointment.
However, if you would like to expedite the process, you can give us a heads up that you are coming and we will have your order ready for when you arrive.
There is a $50 walk-in fee automatically billed to any client wishing to see the doctor who comes in without an appointment, regardless of visit type.

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
All pets must have had an annual exam within the past 12 months and be up to date on all vaccines to be eligible for prescription refills.

Many towns offer free Rabies vaccine clinics at regular intervals for residents. Contact your local municipality for more information.
No we do not accept turn ins. We recommend contacting a local rescues or animal shelter.
No, we do not perform surgeries of any kind.
