Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.
In order to provide the best possible care to our existing patients, we are not accepting new clients at this time.
For clarification, a "client" is the pet owner; whereas a "patient" is a pet.
If you are an existing client and have recently acquired a new pet, we will be happy to make an appointment for your new furry family member.
While we wish we had the ability to accept new clients, and we are honored for your referral, at this time we have reached our maximum patient load and are unable to make any exceptions. We encourage you to check back in a few months.
Currently, we have one technician who speaks Spanish. He is available to speak to non-English speaking pet parents in our office only. He is unavailable to take phone calls.
We encourage all non-English speaking patients to contact us through email.
VIP has the ability to run claims and accept payments directly in our office from Trupanion Pet insurance. Clients will be responsible for the amount not covered by their policy.
For all other insurance company policies, you will pay us directly at the time of service and submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We do not offer payment plans. Payment is due in full at time of service.
Any client with open balances will not be allowed to refill prescriptions, make appointments, or receive copies of their pet's medical file until payment has been made in full.
We accept cash, credit card, and Care Credit.
We do not accept checks.
VIP is proud to offer pet parents an exclusive app where you can make / change appointments, chat with our staff, view records, invoices, and vaccine certificates.
Email your full name and pet's name to drtonyvip@gmail.com We will email you an invitation with a temporary password inviting you to our app.
Appointments can be made through our app, by calling our office or by emailing drtonyvip@gmail.com
Appointments are required for all services.
Appointments are necessary if you wish to speak with Dr. Tony. If you are simply picking up a medication refill or purchasing flea/tick prevention or heartworm pills, you do not need an appointment.
However, if you would like to expedite the process, you can give us a heads up that you are coming and we will have your order ready for when you arrive.
There is a $50 walk-in fee automatically billed to any client wishing to see the doctor who comes in without an appointment, regardless of visit type.
Typically we are able to accommodate last minute appointment requests. Call our office 908.289.7387 or send us an email drtonyvip@gmail.com
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
All pets must have had an annual exam within the past 12 months and be up to date on all vaccines to be eligible for prescription refills.
No, we have a set price for all vaccines. You can see the prices for individual vaccines on the Services page of this site.
Many towns offer free Rabies vaccine clinics at regular intervals for residents. Contact your local municipality for more information.
Kittens in good health, 8 weeks and under can be turned into our office for $25 per kitten.
Puppies in good health 12 weeks and under can be turned into our office for $50 per puppy.
Unfortunately we cannot accept turn-ins for any animals outside of the above age groups. We recommend contacting local rescues to place your pet.
Occasionally we do have puppies and kittens for adoption. Whenever a pet is available it will be posted on our Facebook page. There is $150 adoption fee.
