Yes, you will still need to pay your bill at the time of your appointment.  We will provide you with a PDF of your pet's visit summary and invoice, that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.    We recommend getting a CareCredit card to use at the point of sale, then using your reimbursement to pay off the bill.
