- Any paperwork you've received from the breeder or rescue listing medical history and any vaccinations or deworming the puppy has received.
- A stool sample
What to expect at your first visit:
- Physical examination of your new puppy
- First vaccine
- Examination of stool / deworming
- Review of new guidelines and recommendations for pet owners
- Decide on a treatment plan for your puppy.

- Any medications and/or supplements your pet is currently taking
