What to bring with you

Your pet's full medical record with date of birth
Date that microchip was placed
Name, DOB, address and phone of the person traveling with the pet. Must match what is written on your passport exactly.
Name, DOB, address and phone of the person the pet will be with in your destination country.
Date that your flight departs and date that you step foot in your destination country.

Requirements

Each country has different requirements which will be discussed during your visit. As a general rule nearly all countries require at least:

Rabies
Distemper
Microchip

Timing

Paperwork must be completed 21 days before travel. We recommend scheduling your first appointment at least 30 days before travel. At this time we will go over all of the requirements for your destination country and ensure that your pet meets them. You will be given a date to return to pick up the papers. 10 days before departure you will need to overnight the documents to the USDA in order to be eligible to travel.

Pricing

Pricing varies by destination, and whether or not your pet has a passport. Average price range is $300-$700 for the health certificate. This does not include the physical examination, microchips, or any vaccines that may be necessary.
